The location was central, providing easy access to many attractions. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any questions I had. I could also leave my luggage temporarily with them. The room was quiet with powerful AC.

The lobby offered complimentary snacks, coffee, and juice throughout the day. This was very cute especially on arrival and departure days, I REALLY appreciated this. There were also umbrellas available to borrow on rainy days.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even provided a handwritten letter upon arrival. They allowed me to use the facilities before check-in and after check-out, REALLY convenient.

My standard double room was very clean and quiet, offering a comfortable place to rest. The room included good water pressure. This made for enjoyable showers. The soundproofing was also decent.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and I found it quite satisfying. I appreciated the availability of coffee and port in the lobby. The cake served daily in the common area was also a thoughtful touch.

The hotel is very central. I easily walked to many attractions. the room had complimentary tea and coffee. A nice touch! the staff quickly brought an iron and ironing board when i asked. this was very helpful as i needed to iron my clothes for a meeting.
the room i booked was smaller than it was online. it was difficult to move around comfortably. i think future guests would benefit from more accurate room depictions.

The breakfast included a good selection and fresh items. I enjoyed the variety. there was also a nespresso machine and some biscuits available throughout the day. this was a very nice perk.

rather noisy, expected more

constant street noisethin walls
the noise was a bit much. a bar across the street played music every night. it stopped at 11pm, but people leaving kept the noise going until midnight even later on saturday. plus, the walls seemed thin because i heard other guests all night. i wouldn't say it matched the price.
